Polk County Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public rolls, record indexes, and historical collections concerning Polk County, Florida. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with a court, agency, library, or records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Use is limited to lawful purposes. You must not use the service or information reached through it to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
